In the hot-dip galvanizing production, there is no clear mode and standard for the acid mist treatment scheme of the process tank. For the form of the exhaust hood provided in the process tank, refer to the exhaust device of the electroplating workshop.


   The principle of exhaust is as follows:


   (1) When designing the partial exhaust hood, the form and installation method of the exhaust hood should be reasonably determined according to the characteristics of the harmful gas and the law of emission, the structure of the process equipment and its operational characteristics.


   In the case of not affecting the production operation, the closed exhaust hood should be set as much as possible to ensure a certain wind speed at the air outlet, and to minimize the harmful air emitted by the minimum air volume.


   (2) For the same type of trough, the exhaust should be merged into the same exhaust system as much as possible, but in a complete exhaust system, the exhaust point should not be too much, preferably not more than 3~4, otherwise each row The exhaust effect of the wind point is not easy to balance.


   (3) Improve the effect of air exhaust at the side of the trough, reduce the discharge, and place the exhaust hood as close as possible to the position of the trough, and try to reduce the height of the exhaust hood from the liquid surface, generally ≤150mm.


   A closed movable cover can be provided on the groove surface if conditions permit. When the groove surface cannot be covered, an inhibitor or the like may be applied to the liquid surface to reduce the volatilization of the harmful gas on the liquid surface.


   (3) In order to prevent secondary pollution from being returned to the exhaust gas, the horizontal distance between the air inlet and the air outlet is ≥20m. When the horizontal distance is ≤20m, the air inlet should be at least 6m lower than the air outlet.


   If it is possible to suppress excessive escape of the acid mist while reducing the amount of exhaust air, it is necessary to apply a coating layer on the surface of the hydrochloric acid.


   The acid mist discharged from the workshop can be passed to an acid mist treatment device to neutralize or recover the acid mist.


   More neutralization treatments are used in production. In practical application, the acid mist treatment tower is only used for neutralization treatment, and hydrochloric acid recovery cannot be carried out.
